No Referral? No Problem!

At our clinic, you don't need a doctor’s referral to begin physical therapy! We are pleased to offer direct access, allowing you to see one of our licensed physical therapists without the need for a prescription. Whether you're dealing with pain, injury, or want to improve your mobility, you can schedule an appointment directly with us. If necessary, we'll collaborate with your healthcare provider to ensure the best treatment plan for your needs.

Our staff looks forward to meeting you for your evaluation and discussing your rehabilitation goals. We strive to keep our appointments on time, as scheduled. Prior to your appointment, we encourage you to fill out the patient forms that are located on this website so that you can accelerate your check-in process. Please download, print, and complete the forms and bring them with you to your appointment. If you are unable to download our patient forms, then it is recommended that you arrive at your appointment between 15-30 minutes early so that you can have ample time to fill them out beforehand.

Our clinic shares the entrance with Premier Title Agency. Parking is marked at the front of the building. We suggest wearing athletic attire so that you can move freely during your session. Conveniently located near the intersection of 32nd Street and Camelback Road, Tri Physical Therapy proudly serves patients throughout Phoenix, Biltmore, Arcadia, and the surrounding communities. Our office shares a building with Premier Title Agency, whose name is prominently displayed on the exterior. Dedicated visitor parking spaces labeled "Tri PT" are available directly in front of the building for your convenience. If you have any trouble finding us, simply give us a call or send us a text when you arrive. We are happy to help!
