I truly can’t put into words how grateful I am to have found Tri Physical Therapy. Chloe is incredibly sweet and makes the entire experience feel effortless and seamless. I’ve worked closely with Gillian and Megan, both of whom are deeply specialized in women’s health, which truly shows in the level of care they provide. For the first time, I felt genuinely heard, like my pain was being thoughtfully understood, not just treated. The level of individualized care and connection they provide is unmatched. And their integration of Pilates into the healing process is something I deeply appreciate, it feels intentional, empowering, and truly effective. So thankful for this team.

I had my knee replaced in August of 2025. Did standard rehab and on paper have had a great recovery. Being a younger, active knee replacement patient, I was looking for a bit more from my knee and leg and I’m so grateful I found Tri Physical Therapy! Gillian has been so great in helping me become more confident with movements and we’re working on fixing imbalances that are making such a difference in my day to day life! Their entire staff is great and so welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone seeking PT services.

This facility is clean, well run and well managed. Each time I've been there I've felt welcomed. I particularly felt like Jen helped me so much with medical massage post accident. She really changed how I see my healing and understanding it's a whole body and mind approach .. not sure just the massage. I also see Kate for Dry Needling and she's great, too. She does some cupping on me and is always down to share ways I could improve my movements to have better results and less pain. This place gave me a lot of hope with chronic pain. Only thing I can say is that it's pretty pricey but I that's subjective.
