Karen Rein, PT, MSPT, OCS

Karen Rein is originally from Canada and attended the University of Virginia on a tennis scholarship where she received her Bachelor of Science. Her interest in physical therapy grew from her experience as a patient after seeking treatment for injuries sustained while playing high school and college sports.

Karen earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Virginia and has over 25 years of experience as an orthopedic and sports physical therapist. She treats all types of musculoskeletal injuries and has a strong interest in shoulder rehab after spending 13 years at a shoulder specialty clinic in Scottsdale.

Following a foot injury several years ago, Karen began doing Pilates workouts and found that many of the principles aligned with her work as a therapist. She began incorporating more Pilates-based exercises into her treatments and was thrilled to find Tri Physical Therapy in 2019. Since then, she has been trained and certified as a Balanced Body® Pilates instructor. She has seen the reformers invaluable in helping patients improve balance, core strength, posture, and joint alignment.

Outside the office, Karen enjoys mountain biking, hiking, yoga, Pilates, pickleball, golf, skiing, and being a cool mom of two teenage boys.

I recently started receiving thereputic massage from Kady, and I have to say that the professionalism and ability of Tri-Physical therapy and their staff has been a game-changer in my healing process. Highly recommend this facility, and absolutely recommend Kady for the medical massage.

M.S. Google

I had full ankle replacement surgery at the end of 12/2024 - found TRI PT in February of this year after looking for medical massage for the muscle tightness and actual one to one work with a physical therapist. If your surgeon sends you to the spot where you are just a number at the typical PT large chain place - go here, you won’t regret it.The entire team at TRI PT is amazing and committed to my recovery - I can’t thank Karen, Barb, Anna and Katie enough.

T.S. Google

This place is so professional and clean!! I love it. I get medical massages from Katey who is amazing! Can’t say enough on how wonderful all the services are. 10 out 10!

C.T. Facebook

I came to Tri Physical Therapy with some pretty intense plantar Fasciitis. The therapy, needling, cupping, strength training and massage has literally been life changing. I don’t have the intense pain and I couldn’t be more pleased. The entire staff at Tri Physical Therapy is amazing!

K.M. Google

Been going here for 6 weeks and it’s been a great experience! Been doing PT as well as the massages and have been feeling amazing! Every one is super kind, friendly, and knowledgeable! I highly recommend.
