Does physical therapy hurt?
Physical therapy should not cause severe pain, but you might experience mild discomfort, especially when working on injured or weak areas. Always communicate with your therapist if an exercise or technique feels too intense.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and supportive footwear. Your outfit should allow easy movement and access to the area being treated. For example, shorts may be recommended for lower-body issues, while a tank top might be helpful for shoulder or upper-back treatments.

Physical Therapy Reviews
They are the best!! I struggled for the last 2 years with a back injury. I am almost a đź’Ż after just 4 visits..
I’ve been coming here for years and the office is full of amazing people! Great physical therapist and wonderful massage therapist. I wouldn’t go any where else.
I’ve been using Tri-Physical Therapy as part of my ongoing care and the staff has been wonderful to work with. They listen to any concerns I may have and make adjustments as necessary. My treatments has been a very collaborative approach.
I love coming to Tri Physical! Until about 2 months ago I didn’t realize there was such a thing as medical massage that the public could access & so when I was able to get in & see Anna - first of all, holy smokes I feel so good! But also she’s so nice, very knowledgeable and a really great therapist all the way around!
I have been a PT patient here as well as I use their medical masseuse services. This is a top notch PT experience if you are in need of help. I love that they incorporate Pilates into their regiment (if you need it)I regularly have issues with tight muscles, knots in my shoulders etc so having access to a true medical masseuse that hones in on your problem areas is incredibly helpful. I don't need a fancy relaxation room etc- I just want someone who knows what they are doing to get me straightened out and Anna did a great job. $95 for a 60 minute service.
